Return and Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products, working closely with skilled artisans to ensure every item meets our high standards. Each product undergoes a thorough quality check before being dispatched to you, hence we do not accept return/ exchange for them.

However, we understand that human error can occur, therefore, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect or mistake, we’re here to make it right and our return and refund policy outline the steps to resolve the issue.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received has manufacturing defective or damaged.
  • The return request is initiated within 2 Days of delivery.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including changes of mind or preferences.

2. Return Process

  • Notify Us: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support by emailing at Support@houseofmanjari.com or WhatsApp at +91 8287313434 within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide clear Parcel opening Video and photographs of the damaged or defective item to help us process your request promptly.
  • Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product to our provided return address at your own expense. We do not offer a reverse pickup facility. Ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Please Note: Items must be in their original condition with their labels and tags intact and all items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages. 

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to confirm if it meets our return eligibility criteria. It takes 10-15 business days to complete your return request.
  • If the return is approved, you will receive an email/ call or message confirmation regarding the acceptance of the return.

4. Refund Process

  • If your return is accepted, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days against all returned products, excluding any shipping fees paid.
  • Amount will be credited to the same payment source used during purchase.

5. Important Points to Note

  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns that are not pre-approved or do not meet our eligibility criteria will be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns for products that are used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
  • We do not accept returns for the customized products.
  • We do not accept returns for the products that are purchased at discounted prices during sale.

 

Cancellation Policy

At this time, we do not offer order cancellations once an order has been placed. All purchases are considered final after the order is successfully confirmed.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details, including product selection, quantities, and shipping information, before completing the purchase.

Once an order is submitted, it is immediately processed to ensure timely fulfillment, and therefore it cannot be modified or canceled.
